As I sit in our Dubai office, reflecting on the incredible journey we've embarked upon since launching For Traders in July 2023, I am filled with pride and excitement. This letter is my reflection on our first year's remarkable achievements and our aspirations for the future.
First of all, I would like to thank all our employees and the entire management team for the incredible energy you have put into our company. It is a pleasure for me to wake up every morning and work with all of you.
Here are my top highlights from our first year.
The Start of Our Journey
Starting ForTraders.com was a dream driven by a passion for trading and a vision to make trading much more accessible for everyone, especially young people without huge capital. Our founding team did an excellent job and in just six months, this dream has grown into a solid and successful company which is changing the lives of people around the world. And it’s a great feeling!
Growing Fast
- We've attracted over 3,000 customers from 120 different countries, demonstrating the global appeal and trust of our traders. Most of our customers are coming back and using our services daily.
- Averaging a 4.8 rating on Trustpilot reflects the trust and satisfaction our customers have in our services.
- The most popular products were our $100,000 and $5,000 Trading Challenges. We sold thousands of them.
- Our team grew to 35 people in just 6 months, which is something I did not experience in my previous companies.
- We build a robust support team working from 3 cities who responded to 11.358 tickets with average response time of 4m 28s.
We paid over $800.000 to our traders
- At the heart of ForTraders.com are our traders. We've proudly distributed over $800,000 in payouts, with an average payout amount of $1,748. This is huge. One great example of how trading can change your life is this interview with Markus.
- Our top performers are from diverse regions like Vietnam, Canada, and the Czech Republic, showcasing the global talent in our community.
Creating a Traders Community
- Our Instagram community has grown from 0 to 40,000 followers, creating a vibrant space for traders to connect and share.
- We’ve also built a solid community of over 6000 traders on Discord, where our skilled traders share their knowledge, market analysis, and daily game plans, everything for free.
- Our traders' meetups and the Scalping Tournament with 200+ on-site participants attracted over 3 million views on Instagram, highlighting our active and engaged community.
Teaching and Sharing Knowledge
- Education remains a cornerstone of our mission. The success of our e-book, "How to Pass the Trading Challenge in 2023," with over 20,000 downloads, is a testament to our commitment to trader education.
- We've hosted 87 live trading sessions and more than 20 interviews in our professional video studio, providing invaluable insights and knowledge to our traders.
Expanding Our Presence and Connections
- This year, we opened a new office in Prague, creating an inspiring space for our marketing and development teams.
- Attending the iFX forex conference in Cyprus was a pivotal moment for networking and building industry relationships.
- Our collaboration with Purple Trading in Prague brought together the Blue Guardian and For Traders communities, fostering a meaningful exchange of ideas.
Exciting Plans for the Next Year
- We're thrilled to introduce a Premium Program, offering unique perks and better business conditions to our top traders. Coming late January 2024.
